Matthew was locally raised on a farm in Kiwitahi near Morrinsville and attended St Paul’s collegiate in Hamilton. He then attended Otago University where he studied and obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.

Matthew has a wide practice experience covering most aspects of rural, urban and commercial property. He also has extensive experience in relationship property and litigation matters. This broad knowledge allows him the privilege of being a true family lawyer who can handle or advise on most matters which might affect a family.
